The ‘Players of Note’ section of the site is dedicated to those who, for a wide variety of reasons, have not quite acquired the rounded status of becoming ‘Life Members’ of the league but have most certainly made their mark on what the league is and has grown to be.
Some have only visited the league for a short period in time and others have been long time players - all are worthy of notice.
The league history is a growing entity with an on-going life of it’s own. It is incomplete by definition because of the level of importance placed upon the maintaining such records by the custodians at any given moment in time.
That said, what is contained within these subsequent pages is most certainly comprehensive (in the main) and extensive - anyone wishing to add, amend, correct or embellish any of the details contained should simply contact the web master on the contacts page.
The ‘Life Member’ section of the site holds potted history details of all of the players who have been deemed by their peers to have contributed so greatly to the existence and furtherance of the league to bestow the title upon. All in the ‘Life Member’ section - not necessarily players - have ensured that the league has continued, grown and developed in some way. Stars.
