Records are made to be broken and a mention in them is never a bad thing - even if the record you create is one you may not be too proud of!! They do, however, come with a rider - they are what they are and they are only the records as the Secretary knows them.
For many years, Secretary’s didn’t keep many (if any) records and those are often lost forever. If you spot a mistake, know a record or unusual fact then simply drop the Secretary an email via the ‘Contacts’ page.
